DW-40 Low Temperature Test ChamberAdopting stainless steel inner liner and imported refrigeration unit, it has strong anti-corrosion ability, stable performance, high reliability, good insulation performance, and fast cooling speed (reduced to -40 ℃ in 2 hours). It is widely used in building materials, hospitals, and scientific research departments for low-temperature testing.
The DW-40 low-temperature test chamber can be used to assess and determine the adaptability of electrical, electronic products or materials to storage and use under low-temperature environmental conditions caused by temperature cycling changes on the product surface. The equipment adopts forced air circulation to maintain the uniformity of temperature in the studio. To limit the impact of radiation, the temperature difference between each part of the inner wall of the equipment and the temperature specified in the test shall not exceed 8%, and the test sample shall not be directly radiated by the heating and cooling elements inside the equipment.
The refrigeration working principle of DW-40 low-temperature test chamber: The refrigeration cycle adopts the inverse Caryol cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, consumes work to increase the exhaust temperature, and then the refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding medium through the condenser isothermal, transferring heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant undergoes adiabatic expansion through the shut-off valve, the temperature of the refrigerant decreases. *The refrigerant absorbs heat from objects with higher temperatures through the evaporator, causing the temperature of the cooled object to decrease. This cycle repeats itself to achieve the goal of cooling down.
Precautions for using DW-40 low-temperature test chamber: 1. Before use, liquid medium should be added to the low-temperature test chamber, and the added liquid medium page should not be lower than 20mm from the workbench; 2. When the working temperature of the low-temperature test chamber is required to be below 5 degrees Celsius, alcohol is generally used as the liquid medium; When the working temperature is between 5-80 degrees Celsius, pure water is generally used as the liquid medium. When the working temperature is between 80-90 degrees Celsius, a mixture of water and oil is generally used as the liquid medium. When the working temperature is between 90-100 degrees Celsius, oil is generally used as the liquid medium; 3. When using a low-temperature test chamber, generally do not modify various parameters by yourself, except for the correction of measured values that can be modified; 4. The low-temperature test chamber uses a power supply of 50Hz 220V, and the power of the power supply must be greater than or equal to the total power together. The power supply must have a good 'grounding' device; 5. The low-temperature test chamber should be placed together in a ventilated and dry area, with a distance of 300mm from obstacles on the back and both sides; 6. After using the low-temperature test chamber, all switches should be turned off before unplugging the power plug.
